This page highlights some of the recent personal achievements of the students within Soma-Kai.
21 Kilometers is a long way for someone to run in anyones language. A number of Soma-Kai students and instructors entered the Geelong Half Marathon on April 27th 2003. For most of them the aim was to finish the distance and improve upon personal times. The support and friendship that eveyone showed towards each other and to other runners was impressive, with Peter, Gard and Michael meeting Shodai Kym with 500metres to go so that they could run in with her for moral support. It was a fantastic day for a run with some cloud cover all the way which provided some relief from the heat generated on such a run.
Congratulations to the following for completing the course.
